Re: Spouse ILR Query - absence applicable for spouse ILR visa

Hello All,

got one more question, we got the BRP card today, in there it says valid until 31-12-2024, does it has validity ? I can see SETTLEMENT in type of permit and INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN in remarks section.

So we need to review again ?

Thank

Re: Absence from UK - Naturalisation

OK, thanks. So only option is to wait for 2 years and then apply, as the other option of waiting for 12 months, also have 470 days in 5 years.

Re: Spouse ILR Query - absence applicable for spouse ILR visa

Thanks All for your support, Visa is been sorted now.

Got one final question:
I have heard that, we don't need to wait for a year on ILR to apply for naturalisation, as partner is a British Citizen ? is this correct ?

Thanks

Thanks, will go ahead and start the application, the only big worry we had about the absence, which @CR001 has confirmed, ab...

UKVCAS-Still open to upload documents, even after biometric

Hello All,
We have made a FLR-M application on 21st of April and biometric on 3rd of July, today I have noticed, we can still upload the documents on UKVCAS website, is this normal ? thought they might restrict uploading any new documents once we are done with biometric.

Thanks

Re: FLR-M - Still director of a company

You mean to say my PAYE ? On my HMRC account, I could see the company details and how much they are paying me, which matches to my payslips, also I have done my SA302 for this year.

Re: FLR-M - Still director of a company

OK, thanks 🙏. So all the documents to be uploaded now, should be dated on or before you made the line application right ? So I can't simply upload my new payslip, which is due in 3 days time or any other document's which are dated from today (application made last night).
