I will be applying for HSMP based EC shortly. My query is

- do someone need to have job offer or job search details before applying EC?

- what could be the impact if person has none? I am in IT and till date have not even tried the job search in UK.

My one is also similar case and they gave me yellow form with 221(g) but the difference US embassy stamped my passport with "Application received". I will be also applying for EC.
