@ Cullinan

Thank you for the credit. Could you please give your opinion on what points from the article should one include in a cover letter regarding CSI?

CSI Naturalisation Issue

Hi there,

Can a EU citizen rely on the date permanent residence was acquired(September 2019) after being granted indefinite leave to remain under the EU settlement scheme(May 2019)? Just for clarification the EU citizen do not have permanent residence card.

Re: Is it possible to naturalise in their right under s6(1) rather than s6(2)?

I’ve read vinny’s link and I already know it’s possible to naturalise under s6(1) if you‘ve exceeded the maximum permissible no. of absences (270days) in last 3years under s6(2). Is it possible to naturalise in their right under s6(1) rather than s6(2)?

Asking on behalf of a friend.

Is it possible for a EU citizen married to a British citizen to naturalise as British under s6(1) in their own right if they meet the requirements rather than s6(2)?

Child born out of Wedlock

Hi, I was born out of wedlock in the UK in 1992. My father had ILR and was legally married to another woman at the time of my birth. Am I eligible for a British citizenship?
