This is pretty outrageous! Something is wrong with their Liverpool branch. I've been waiting for them to correct my certificate for over 5 weeks now and heard nothing back.

I would just like to post an update, that I've been waiting for the corrected citizenship certificate for nearly 5 weeks now, but didn't receive it yet. The country is getting into another lockdown and I'm losing hope of getting it back and applying for a British passport before the end of the year....

For future readers: I had my Citizenship Ceremony today. The mistake that appeared on my invitation letter was printed on my Citizenship Certificate as well. I would suggest wait for your ceremony to see what the certificate says.

They state on the invitation letter the details that are printed on the certificate, so I doubt that it would be different, but I should wait to receive it regardless.
