Ecctis Letter

Can I submit NARIC letter as Ecctis letter?
I got ILR in 2020 and I had the NARIC letter. However now it's changed to Ectis.

Re: ILR Dependant

Thanks Zimba for the reply.

However what about Part 1. Ideally it should be signed by the applicant(Tier 2 dependent in this case). The checklist mentions it needs to be signed by the ILR holder on whom i am dependent. Is this correct?

I filled the Set O form for Tier 2 dependent and the document checklist says my spouse who is on ILR needs to sign the declaration. Is this correct? Also for the question "Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?" I came to UK first in Jan 2011...

Re: ILR Dependant

I wont qualify until 30/10/2020 and the Tier 2 dependent visa is valid till 21/10/2020.
I am falling short by 10 days.

What is the correct process in this case?

Thanks

Re: ILR Dependant

My spouse received ILR on Tier 2 General Main Applicant earlier this month. I am on PBS dependent visa since 26/11/2015. However this is valid till 21/10/2020. I become eligible for ILR on 30/10/2020. So wondering if I can apply on 19th October and book a biometric appointment after 30 October? Also...

Re: ILR Dependant

I have uploaded & submitted declaration and consent dated one day before application submission. Should i upload a new one dated on/after the application date and ask ukvcas to submit those during biometrics? Is it fine if it is uploaded within 24 hours of biometrics?

Can anyone please let me know under which category should we upload the Declaration and consent form.

I have checked the pinned topic regarding document upload, however there is nothing mentioned about the consent forms.

Re: ILR Dependant

Hello moderators,

One more question. The UK NARIC is providing PDF. Is that fine to upload as the NARIC letter?

also the assessment had an outcome of UK Qualification level-> Bachelor (Honours) degree and English language level: CEFR level C1.

Hope these are ok.

Thanks
