Yes, the intention was to describe the process so that others who are considering this option are aware. The basic principles that govern the outcome of an application remain the same, whether postal, premium or super premium.

Yes, you are correct. The only advantages I can think of are that you have a case worker who you can contact if needed via a dedicated number of the Super Premium team (I didn't have to) for any follow up. Similarly, they will also contact you in case they need any clarifications or additional docum...

Add any other document that is addressed to her with your home address on it. For example, a bank statement, electoral poll cards or NHS cards sent just to her. Not all the communication has to be addressed to both to prove cohabitation.

Just add your name on her passport as her spouse rather than go for her name change. However, as the previous response says, it's not needed.

If you are meeting the points criteria for previous earnings with the 11 payslips then there is no need to replace the missing one. You only need to show enough income to cross the threshold (that depends on individual circumstances). Thanks for your response. I will go with as much docs as possible...

Yes, I read this guidance too and hence the confusion. Previously, the Family Visitor visa route was the way to go, but with this guidance, not sure where it stands.

Anyone have first hand experience of applying post 9 July please?

I forgot to add - you must have a plausible reason for applying for a 10 year visit. First time visitors generally get a 6 month visit visa.
