So I was refused 2020 cuz I still got 2 years on my Leave to remain… so I applied again that my leave to remain is a week to finish….. attaching their refusal letter from previous application So I submitted paper application on the 15/4/22 Got email to go for biometric on the 20/4/22 and I was lucky...

I just submitted my Zambrano paper application after I was refused 2020 because I still got 2 years on my leave to remain. My leave to remain will expires in a weeks time so I put in the application. I pray the process/response is quick and positive

Just to be explicit for those who might need me to. Applications under Appendix EU which includes Zambrano can no longer vary an application made under another of or outside the Immigration rules. So those who have pending Appendix FM application should expect a decision separately from their EUSS ...
