i hv applied from uk , r u sure they dnt do employer verifcation at hsmp first stage

i foned them 11 feb , can you tell me when did they ask british highcomission in pakistan for employer verification ,before or after case worker would be allocated to my case.

hya guys i sent my HSMP1 application on 7 feb HO received 8 feb ref no 11 feb and spoke to them they said they dealing with 15 jan applications i got a query here if some1 can help when did they send verification call is this between refrence number ----- case worker allocated or after case is alloc...
