How many days it took to receive BRP after you received email from them (Technical issue resolved).

That is unfair if there is Technical ISSUE, this should have affected everyone. But most of people have received BRPs within 3 working days.

If we apply on the last day of expiry of previous visa (But appointment is not available). Will this be considered as over-stayer as could not book appointment till last date of previous visa. Or am i covered because i submitted application online. Secondly, regarding appointments, do I need to wait...

Just to be more clear what i am doing now. My daughter's visa (UK BORN) is going to expire in few days. After that she would not have any visa (does that mean she is over-stayer?).

Thank you @CR001 for replying. What i understand now is that my wife will apply FLR(FP) and i do not need to apply any visa for my child (which is going to expire in 20 days) even though i have not received my ilr decision. Please correct me if i understood is wrong.

I have applied long residency 10 years route but have not received decision yet. 1- My spouse does not meet english language or required funds requirement. Thank you for explaining! What if financial and English language requirement are not met. Do they reject visa straightway or give 10 years visa.
