Waiting time for a Decision after Biometric Set(O) Tier 2 G

Hi all, Given there is no priority service, I am trying to understand the waiting time after biometric is taken / IDV upload complete. Can you please post the time between submitting your biometric and receiving the decision letter from the Home Office? I understand there is a separate trail on time...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Just to check how long it will take for HO to send the decision email after biometric is submitted. I have seen some people getting a decision within a few days but is this a new norm? Anyone who has been waiting for a while after biometric is taken? Cheers. Most of the SET(M) and SET(O) applicants...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

If you are working in an established company with good reputation and promised to deliver something important to your clients with a vague deadline (eg a few weeks), you are lucky if you can get this idea pass through the management team and wouldn't get complained by your clients. You will be extr...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I had applied Mid-June for an ILR under the standard process. Got an email yday to book my appointment, so have booked one for early next week now. We have young children so that is probably why our biometrics were not reused). Going to Croydon - there were enough appointments available - some even...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hello all! Questions on UKVCAS upload document page: 1- Do I need to upload my BPR copy, and if yes, is this doc needed to be uploaded at the "Optional--> Residence in the UK" tab? (Note that a *mandatory* upload is my passport!) 2- In which tab do you upload the Police Registration? 3- P...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Just a thought. Shall we make some public noise to exert pressure on HO? Surely they don't want negative publicity. It feels like discrimination to me as we are forced to stay in the UK for more than 6 months... No way to return to home countries to visit family...

Hi friends, UKVi has just sent an email to my brother notifying him that he will not be attending biometric appointments because they gonna reuse his old biometric. I don't know how to attach the letter here otherwise I should have done so. He applied for ILR in April 2020. It's a good news I guess...
