Discreationary leave

Hi everyone, I applied in 03/2004 for asylum (unaccompanied minor) my case was declined and i was given a discetionary leave for one year until i become 18. I applied for an extension before my 18th birthday but since then i havent heard anything from the homeoffice.next year March it will be 5 yaer...

that means i dont need to go back to uganda because my solicitor said that the home office will not allow me to get married to my boyfriend from the UK therefore my application for approval will be refused and there is no way i could back to uganda because i am scared for my life

I came to the UK when i was 16 and my asylum claim and i was granted discretionary leave until my 18th birthda. Am 20 now and finished my diploma for 3 years. any advice when i am for an interview please? bse am scared of the home office outcome. pse help
