hello everyone
does anyone know how long it will take before i get my invitation letter by post? my local council is oldham they confirmed they have my letter for ceremony but they cant book me in until i receive my copy from the HO. how long do i have to wait now for the brown envelop to arrive???

applied in march, decision received 10 May...called my council today in oldham they confirm they have my details for ceremony, all am waiting for now is letter from HO, my council said they cant book me in until i have received the invitation myself

am abit confused now, i was approved 6,May, i haven't received an invite yet nor my council, but my question is some people approved in June or late May some have started receiving their invite. is the invite been sent randomly or i dont really understand

i called the the HO today, and the lady on the phone said if my council is conducting ceremony either private or virtual i can email Citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk so that they can send your letter to your council and yourself. but your council must be doing ceremony.

i received an email from my caseworker on 3/5/2020 that my citizenship application has been successful, and i should receive my ceremony letter in due course, waited for 3 weeks nothing, i then emailed him to asked why i have not received the invitation letter then he said due to covid no letter is ...
