Re: ILR SET LR-Further Documents Requested

Thank you for that information. That is excellent! Yes, it was a Set LR application. It was submitted on 10 September. Yes, that is the actual email address that was in the email. Much appreciate the help! You're most welcome! Thank you for providing all the clarifications! If I may be cheeky and r...

Re: ILR SET LR-Further Documents Requested

Just want to clarify that it was a Set LR application? You only need to send them scanned copies to the email address provided, that is sufficient. If you want to send physical copies, use the below address (from this recent thread, use can use that for reference: https://www.immigrationboards.com/i...

I applied SET LR on 25 Aug. I opted IDV and did face to face bio appointment. I am still waiting. It seems like from 24 Aug, IDV application is quicker Don't think so - I think decisions have just slowed down a tad for some set LR applications, not entirely sure why, but can only stay patient and h...

Re: ILR Eligibility

Nope, you can't since you were out for more than 180 days between Dec 2011 and July 2012. You will be eligible in July 2022 assuming the rules don't change till then and that you meet all other requirements in place at the time.

This is not true for Set LR. There is no effect of IDV or face to face appointment on Set LR decision timelines!

Adding to what @CULLINAN said...as long as your original T2G extension application was submitted in time and you varied your application to Set LR after completing 10 years, you should be fine I believe.

Re: 10 year ILR - have I massively messed up without scans of all pages within old passports?

Just adding to what @CULLINAN said. It was good that you caught yourself and made sure to upload the copies before 10pm. When I was at my appointment there was another person in there, their doing theirs. Quiet (and echo-y) room meant I heard their whole conversation. This person turned up without a...

Re: 10 years route ILR question-Do you have any other reasons for wanting to stay in the UK?

Thank you for letting us know your date of application. Personally, I think most if not all people have sent scanned copies to the email address provided (and not to mention you will cut out the postal process time which means scanned copies will get to the Home Office faster). I'm not sure whether ...

You don't normally need to send them any physical documents. Was this communicated through email? If so, there should be an email address that you need to respond to with the full scans of all the passports.

By the way, what was your date of application?

srivnip escalated to his MP due to an emergency. His timeline says that Thanks @poper so, this will be an exception for LR. Yes, an exception. All, I would like to be clear that all my stats are for Set LR only.

@Utchmann
September = 15 applicants. 0 approvals.

@azLondon2020
Can't do much about that personally. That's up to the moderators but the timeline threads serve the same purpose, I guess.
