Indeed although these Set (M) decisions seem to take ages! Patience is definitely required, my partner is an early Sep applicant. Date of first entry. The earliest you can submit would be 11 April 2021 minus 28 days.

As @CULLINAN said above, Set LR is only based on 10 years continuous lawful residence. Your employment status, salary, marital status etc. does not matter as long as you meet all the requirements (absence limits, immigration and criminal history etc.)
