It's a generic email. The reality is no one knows the criteria for who gets sent these generic emails so there is no way to know whether it is because it has been picked up.

@Cristina88 If you can see your cover letter submitted on UKVCAS, then no issues. Possibly the staff did not check properly. Anyways, even if the staff scanned your cover letter again, no issues.
