Quite confusing but I am not willing to withdraw my application.

Hi, From what I understand from guidances, the Ultra High earners / the ones whose jobs are on the shortage list are assigned Restricted CoS and pass the Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT) easily due to the additional points that they get from the salary and soc code. Unrestricted CoS can be assigned during Covid-19 times, but with a delay unfortunately.
My sponsor applied for my CoS on May 13th and we're still waiting because of the backlog.
