Re: What happens after the application is successful?

You are only British once you attend your ceremony. You get an approval letter and then a ceremony invitation. Hi all, I have submitted my application in August and awaiting a response. They have emailed to say that it may take longer than 6 months as there is an issue with my biometrics. Please could you tell me what is the process once the application is successful and naturalisation is granted? I ask as I...

Ask them what the issue is and how will it be sorted? Will you have to attend biometrics again? Only they can answer.
They haven’t given any details. When I asked the person that replied to me they said that it’s being handled by other department that will contact me.

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

Just had my Biometrics appointment at Croydon. Took a total of 20 mins. Very well organised. The only document they asked from me was my (Indian)passport. I had uploaded a scan of my passport and additional documents beforehand. The gentleman just scanned all pages from the passport and returned it....

Re: Documents with online naturalisation form.

If we have to mail documents, do we send copies or originals. These are the documents that I have: 1. Indian passport 2. Permanent Resident card ...
