Wanted to know if anyone went through the same route and got their OCI cards. Hi - what is your timeline for renunciation? How long did it take to reci...

Re: Naturalisation - HMRC Late Filing Penalty

Hi - Do we need to declare HMRC late filing penalty in the naturalisation application? The penalty was issued this year but has been cancelled by HMRC as I submitted an appeal. If it's been cancelled then no need to declare. Otherwise usually if not cancelled, then does it need to be declared?

Hi - I received a Penalty charge notice from local council/transport of London for using a part of the route restricted to the local buses. Does this need to be declared in the ILR form under the driving offence section?

Re: ILR LR Requirement

I was bit carried away with the naturalization rule - to be present in UK 5 years before the application date. I just wanted to confirm that there is nothing as such or similar for ILR LR.

I am clear now. Thank you. Much appreciated.

Re: ILR LR Requirement

Sorry yes, Typo Specify the start date as 24th April 2011. Did you mean there is no rule to be present in the UK at the end of 10 year qualifying period i.e. 24th April 2021? I will be out of UK for the whole month of April'21 but saying that I will still submit the application once I come back to U...
