Re: help needed in Graduate visa application

just wanted to update that the university declared my official result today and also sent it to the HO that I am eligible for Graduate visa. This was kind of a favour.

Re: help needed in Graduate visa application

The university student immigration has flatly refused and stressed that the exam board will announce the result on 3/3/23 when they will report it to the HO. My suggestion of asking them to notify UKVI sooner was purely based on what you said about when your results would be announced: my MA result...

Also, ask the university if they can notify the Home Office any sooner. It is a reasonable request.

ISC for student visa holders

I needed some suggestions and advice. I applied for a senior care worker role, which is a shortage skill occupation, and my employer assigned a CoS which states "ISC liable". I called my employer and reminded him that I am currently on a student visa and therefore exempt from ISC. His repl...

Re: Change of course of study and university

Can I enroll into another university for another program? Not on the same visa. You will need a new Student visa sponsored by the other university, and because of the academic progress requirement you can only apply in your home country. Speak directly to the new university and they will explain it...

Why don't you just complete your studies and have a qualification instead of depending on a dependant status?
Because on a dependent visa you can work full time. On a student visa, only 20 hours. Got it? 😀

Re: Having a child was not mentioned during the UKVI Interview

Hello everyone, My sister received her UK Student visa a week ago. But there is a problem. Actually, it's a two-fold problem. Her agent didn't put my nephew's birth certificate in my sister's student visa documents. (Which we didn't know was necessary, and got to know after her getting the visa.) I...

Re: Financial documents for Tier 4 from India

I am not sure if due to the pandemic, the UKVI has stopped conducting interviews; or maybe the VFS staff was not aware of the interviews that are being conducted through skype. Interviews have never been mandatory, just common. You say the process has "completely changed" but you don't sa...

Best of luck to all those who are awaiting a decision on their application.

Re: New tier 4 visa for a return to study/ Breaching tier 4 conditions

I take it that ticking I didn't breach conditions is a way of refusing that I had known I was breaching conditions regardless of the consequences. If am to be requested for an interview I would openly declare my situation without "deception". If you are already sure that you would declare...

Re: New tier 4 visa for a return to study/ Breaching tier 4 conditions

I know this might not get me anywhere but I didn't feel like dictating myself to have been in breach and for this to be recorded as part of my immigration history for god knows when. Sorry but that is pretty much the textbook definition of deception. I suggest that you reread what I put here before...
