I think a few november and some October people did but thats it! . It seems to have completely stopped after 1st of December.

Well im gonna have to wait till next year to see if I get it travelling outside for the next two weeks. I think us October people might have to wait till mid January to get it . SOO CLOOSE YET SO FAR

Oh man, Im really sorry everyone for this. They can easily just have you give an oath of affirmation or pledge in a special video section of the UKVAS website once your approved and you sign it digitally. THEN they dispatch your certificate. WOULDNT THAT BE EASIER?
