Hi, my Hsmp stamped on 18 dec 2007.....left uk on 2jan2008 on a company business trip.............will be back in uk on 1apr2008........during this time my salary is paid in UK barclays(after NI deductions).......so will i face any problem in ILR afterwards....... I might open my own company in UK b...

hi ..even i had the same name problem...but if all yur documents hav got the same name.........doesnt matter which way ..i,e singh ranjit or ranjit singh ..not an issue....further I applied on 24sep and got approval for initial hsmp ,,,all documents back to my house on 1 oct .....now applied for flr...

so there is no way i can go out ....taking into consideration long term benefits....

my hsmp visa starts from 16dec2007 ....a company is sending me out of uk for 4 months at a stretch.....will this have any impact on my flr & ilr application...what measures shall i take to avoid any hassles.......pls advice me as i m confused now
