Nothing yet, I am still waiting for a decision on my dependents visa. We can apply for a refund only after we receive a successful decision. Hoping Home office can provide a decision soon.

That's what's I intend to do, I wanted to check anyone on tier 2 had any success in getting a refund by emailing IHSrefunds for their dependents even if the main visa holder is not a healthcare care worker

Thanks a lot mate. I think you could have followed a better approach. You should have booked appointment for your dependent’s very close to their deadline. Deadline is two months after date of application which is mentioned on UKVI account. Their decision can not be made without biometrics. They ca...

Yes will do that ASAP. I had no idea about this and as a legal rep they should have known better. I am going to mention this HR about this bad job they have done. I have been waiting for my ILR decision so that I can apply for my family's tier 2 PBS extension. Thanks again for your help.
