Yes, I just had a call from them in the last half hour and they confirmed my application has been approved and I will receive it in the post in the next 2-3 weeks! :) So May 2019 applications are being approved now!

I dont know why it keeps changing those words to 'bad quality'... I basically mean make an email appear it's from an address other than the one it is actually from. I don't know why it doesn't like that particular word..?

It just sounded a bit similar to some scams, asking for for personal information (ie your address and application ref) but doesn't offer you anything to show its legitimate, any kind of reference that only the DFA would know. And obviously you can't go any further without actually doing what it says...
