I just rang the Home Office COVID helpline and they have confirmed that they got an update from the nationality team today advising that they are now dispatching Certificates for decisions made in August to Councils and we should get them imminently. Something definitely went wrong with the mid to late August batch of certificates from comments here. Myself and hubby approved on 21st August 2020 and not heard anything till now. No invitation letter yet and when our local council got a big batch this week our certificates weren’t included. I work...
