The e-mail I received from them on the 23rd Dec said that the office would be closed during the level 5 restrictions. They said my certificate and documents wouldn't be posted back to me until the office reopens again so I think they are not working.

Think I must have got in just in time, had an e-mail today asking to confirm my address and then a reply stating that I have been added to the register today. However, due to level 5 restrictions until 12th Jan I should expect my certificate and documents 4-6 weeks after the office reopens next year...
