Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi, I had a quick question that I can't quite seem to find an answer to here. In uploading my documents to the UKVCAs - do I scan and upload every single page of my passport, spouse's passport, and my previous passport? or just the front and back page? I am applying under SET (M) for ILR. Apologies...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Noticed from timeline that SET M is taking much longer than other categories, any idea why? Thanks I have raised a formal complaint to the homeoffice and my local MP. Fingers cross we SET(M) applicants start receiving a decision in the coming weeks before the Christmas holidays. Also, makes no sens...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Dear friends, as expected I saw last night on fb someone saying that his wife set(M) application was approved on 27/11/20 and she applied only on 02/10/20 having done biometrics on 07/10/20. This was my nightmare and fear that I shared with you previously and which came true, thanks to the Home Off...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I am with you, I don't think Case workers are so free to start reviewing an application without all the relevant information (Biometric Fingerprints). I think the waiting clock for applicant would start ticking after the Biometric is given, that's what my solicitor informed me as well. But I am not...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

Hi everyone, Just to have some peace of mind, I sent an email yesterday to UKVI SET(M) <UKVISETM@homeoffice.gov.uk> and received an update this morning to confirm that my biometric has been processed. Please note that my route is SET M hence why the email was sent to UKVI SET(M) <UKVISETM@homeoffice...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@Ameline I believe they are going in date order. But once the application is opened by the team, if its straight forward according to HO (not what we think), its passed onto the CW, otherwise its put aside for further enquiries and passed onto CW to make a decision later on.. that may explain some ...
