Claim points for Masters degree.

I applied with MCA and got approval. I claimed 35 points.

Sent a mail today and got the same reply.

"It takes one month to process an application and some applications may take more than a month"

Spoke to the VFS guys yesterday they say it takes a minimum of 18 days to get the visa and there is no maximum limit.

Then all the cases in this forum are rare

Most of us are waiting beyond 25 days.

"It gets extended by a month" does it mean that it could take 2 months to issue EC in some cases.

They are displaying unacceptable behaviour. They have to atleast commit to a maximum period for issuing visa. Saying "Apply for a visa with all original docs and we will issue the visa when we feel like issuing it it" is unacceptable. ========= Ram, Did you speak to the VFS guys about 30+ ...
