OP is not in a genuine marriage with 3 kids though, is he?
No one on a forum, with little facts or evidence can reach that conclusion.
I most certainly can, if only by reading the original post. Perhaps try it?

Also, ireland is a Schengen visa country. They have their own visa system.

Perhaps you meant EU country?
Ireland is NOT a Schengen country, as the OP says.

and yes, it can affect it.

No. You are do not have permanent residence and are in the UK as a dependent of a family member. You do not have the right to bring your spouse to the UK.
I suggest you move to Nigeria.

Let me guess....you didn't actually live together, you broke up but didn't inform INIS, you got divorced and didn't tell INIS...you got your Irish passport without telling them that you were not with your wife... Is your exwife eastern european by any chance? In a nutshell, INIS don't make a judgeme...

Re: Travel visa exemptions question

UK hasn't issued Article 10 cards in years. She cannot apply for EUTR, obviously, as he has no intention of exercising treaty rights in Ireland, he's working in NI (UK). Irish nationals in NI will (obviously) retain their EU rights. BUT, their TCN family members can't avail of EUTR rights in NI, as ...

Re: EUFAM to Irish Citizen spouse

This makes no sense whatsoever, and making this change will result in your wife having to get visa to trave to Europe and reduced IRP length. She should apply for Irish citizen if you have been married for 3 years. She'll need a visa to travel in Europe anyway, she will have to change her EUFam car...

Re: Travel visa exemptions question

Lot's of wrong info here. Your wifes UK residence card is not an Article 10 card, so she is visa required. She can't apply for an EUTR visa as you are an Irish citizen. You're too late (Brexit) to use the Surinder Singh rights to port EUTR back to Ireland, and wouldn't qualify anyway if your job is ...

Re: Deportation from Ireland - Healthcare workers

Some very dramatic language there, but there's a lot more to it.

Working without a permit isn't heroic, it's illegal.
Not every asylum seeker is genuine, in fact most are not. If they were denied international protection its for good reason.

Re: Hundreds Refused Entry to Ireland Over Fears They Would Travel to Britain

What's your point? Under the CTA rules, anyone landing in Ireland who is seeking to travel to the UK (or reasonably thought to be) but is unacceptable to the UK will be denied entry to Ireland. And vice versa. People use Ireland as back door entry to the UK all the time.

Yes, of course it will. You will be in effect asking for a visa for your parents, when their own ID and yours states they can''t possibly be your parents. You can't possibly get them visas with that paperwork. Rejection is guaranteed.

OP your answers don;t make any sense, you don't seem to know what you had or what you have applied for. If you are contacting INIS in the same way, its no surprise you're not getting any answers.

What permission to reside do you have now?

The issue is NOT with your date of birth, unless your date of birth is wrong. The issue is that your parents have apparently been using documents with fake dates of birth on them for a long time. Why have they been doing that and why did they never get accurate documentation?

Stamp 4 EUFAM is not for someone with an irish spouse.

It would seem that there is a lot more to your story and its unlikely that INIS are not dealing with whatever application you currently have in.

That means job or business, kids in schools. spouse moves too, you learn the language if appli...

Re: Age difference of parents

This doesn't make sense. Your parents must have CNIC cards, for many years? They must have FRC's, passports, marriage certificate, all kinds of things showing their dates of birth? If they are inaccurate across the board, why have they never bothered to have them corrected? UKHO will not believe you...
