Re: Citizenship delays: FOI and an application for an Order for Mandamus via the High Courts

Hello folks
Did anyone apply for JR and never got a decision?
Or is it 100% guaranteed you get a decision after the JR in high court.

I might have asked this before but just wanted to be sure that i get a decision after applying for JR and not wasting my time and money.
Cheers ;)

Re: Citizenship application based on refugee status

Anyone with refugees status got a reply this month. Specially Syrians or Libyan. There seems to be a blockage on these 2 nationalities. No one I know (10+ people) got a reply recently some are waiting for 25months.

No, but it will be submitted to the minister very soon. They will go through one last round of checks and have a supervisor signing off the application before submitting it to the minister.
Thanks for your reply :) really appreciate it.
In this case, Will i be in the next ceremony you think?
