just received a letter from EU treaty right division,
says:as your application for a permanent residence card was received after the end of the transition period, your application is deemed to be an application for a permanent residence document made under regulation 12 of eu regulation 2020

I have received an email an update on my EU3 application, it says they confirm that they have received an application dated 18/2/21 in addition, please also submit your EU3 application form with supporting documents to the EU treaty right division Dublin I can confirm when we receive these document...

I have figured it out by myself :D the problem was the size limit on each email sending to eutreatyrights@justice.ie anyone of you sending mail attachments should not exceed 10MB on each email. I reckon their mail server has a limit to receive attachments less than 10MB on each mail from recipients...

I just emailed them and asked them, waiting for their reply
my email attachment is nearly20MB now which does not fit in yahoo mail.

The Stamp 4EUFAM cannot be renewed. You MUST apply for EU3 six months before it expires. You cannot apply for citizenship either before you get your EU3.
