OK, I can see on your timeline you applied in JANUARY 2021
so I believe they are sending a certificate by chronicle order or randomly?

Hi All, Now that my husband has received his Irish passport he holds both a US and Irish passport. We travel to the US in just a few weeks and I'm just wondering the process of traveling with two passports. For the US, if you hold a US passport you must travel on this document when entering the US....

when you pay 950 euros for the certificate you have to upload some documents, What is a passport-size photo used for?
Does anyone have an answer for this?

received inis invitation 17th of MAY in SPAM FOLDER and found out it was spam folder on the 24th of May - Since no news
our Naturalisation application was sent on 23rd of JUNE 2021 By registered post- WAITING TIME ELAPSED 24MONTHS NOW and Still no Garda e vetting yet

If you or your child were born in Ireland after 31 December 2004 and do not qualify as an Irish citizen by birth, you can apply for citizenship by naturalisation after you (and the child) have completed five years of residence in Ireland.
