Hi , My friend submitted his passport application without submitting his travel document. In the application online it didn’t ask about his travel document. Greyscale or colour

When uploading documents in the UKVCAS website it is recommended that the documents are scanned in greyscale or black and white. Due to a fault in my scanner I can only scan in colour at the moment. Can I upload the documents in colour or is it compulsory to have them in the aforementioned formats?

Tax Office Reference Number missed

When I was filling in my neutralisation application I forgot to put in the Tax Office Reference Number for my current employment and then forgot to put it in before submitting my application. Is this a major issue and if so is there anything I can do? Any response would be highly appreciated
