Are HSMP holders denied all public benifits like NHS?

Could one tell me what kind of public benifits migrants are entitled during the first 5 years? Or mirgants are just purely cash cows?

Urgent! Where to send my application? UPS don't do PO box!

According to the hsmp1guidance, new application should be sent to:

Border and Immigration Agency
PO Box 3975
Sheffield
S1 9BL

But I just contacted UPS and DHL and was told they cannot deliver letters and goods to a PO Box. What you guys do? Please help! really urgent!
