Re: asylum fresh claim processing time

Hello.. I have a question. Has anyone ever received a BRP without getting a decision letter? I just missed a delivery from TNT, when I went to reschedule it, it was written Biometric Residence Permit as the contents of the delivery. I haven't received a decision letter though. Is it really a BRP or...

Re: Should I apply for FLR(HRO)

Thank you for your response Secret Simon. Oh I fully understand that much. What I'm basically asking is whether my reasons are feasible. I've seen that it takes circa 12 weeks to get a decision for FLR HRO which is a shorter waiting time than if I were to wait for my Further Submissions to be proces...

Re: asylum fresh claim processing time

No I haven't asked for any replacement or anything. You're very fortunate to have a solicitor. I haven't found one.. If you don't mind sharing what your solicitor says about new ARC, I would much appreciate it.. Did your previous ARC have right to work? Yeah I’ll update you when I hear from my soli...

Re: asylum fresh claim processing time

I just submitted at the beginning of March.. So I know I have not been waiting for long. Since September? Have you been asked to submit any biometrics? Or been allocated a case worker?
