Re: ILR Queries for Wife and Son

Please ignore 2nd question on my last post. I have checked and found her NARIC is equivalent to C2. The only question remains is: if SET (O) is the right application for them or any other? 1) As I understand, I have to use Set (O) application. Is that correct? They could have applied when they reach...

Re: ILR Queries for Wife and Son

Thanks for prompt response. Further queries as below. 1) As I understand, I have to use Set (O) application. Is that correct? They could have applied when they reached 5 years, there was no reason to wait. Que: I understand I could have applied sooner. Is Set (O) right application? 2) My wife (Worki...

ILR Queries for Wife and Son

Hello, I came to UK under Tier 2 (Gen), and acquired my ILR on Dec' 20 after completing 5 years. Since my wife and son had not completed 5 years by the time I was eligible for my ILR, they had to go for a 3 year visa extension as PBS Dependent. They have now completed more than 6 years as dependent ...

Yes, exactly. The Sopra Steria meeting is booked for next month. Decision will definitely take some time. Yes, it got sorted. The end date should be 3 years from the date you start the application. SO you put 3 years end date instead of actual on ILR-Card? Have you got decision of application?

Re: **URGENT** Wrong IHS calculation -Tier 2 Dependant Extension partner on ILR

Yes, it got sorted. The end date should be 3 years from the date you start the application. So let's say if you start today 18th Feb, then you enter 18/02/21 - 17/02/24. That's what I did. The minimum renewal is 3 years. So yes, that's a pain for all even if you need less than 1 year for ILR eligibi...

Re: **URGENT** Wrong IHS calculation -Tier 2 Dependant Extension partner on ILR

You can start a new application anytime, as it is not considered submitted until IHS and application fees are paid. Just start from the gov.uk webiste link again, when you enter the email address you are using, it will ask whether you want to continue with current application or start a new applica...

Re: **URGENT** Wrong IHS calculation -Tier 2 Dependant Extension partner on ILR

Your choice if you want to start again. What is the IHS it has charged in total? As said, IHS overpaid is usually refunded. How do I start again? Do I have to register with a different email id? Are we allowed to start another application and what happens to this application in that case? IHS amoun...

No idea then.

Overpaid IHS is refunded usually, it just takes a while.
The application is now locked. Is there a way I can start application again and what happens to this application in that case?

Thanks

Re: **URGENT** Wrong IHS calculation -Tier 2 Dependant Extension partner on ILR

If not submitted and paid, start again. You should have put 20/1/2021 to 20/1/2024 to get 3 years. Sorry, I'm a little confused. The dates you suggested is "You should have put 20/1/2021 to 20/1/2024 to get 3 years." and the dates I had entered are " Work Start as 20/01/21 which is t...

Re: **URGENT** Wrong IHS calculation -Tier 2 Dependant Extension partner on ILR

You should have out an end date of 3 years from date of application. Overpaid IHS is usually refunded, but it can take a while. Thanks for your prompt response. I assume the date of application is the date when you are finalising the IHS and submitting application. If you see my query I had mention...
