Re: British Nationality Eligibility

Dear Vinny, Thanks for your response. Yes I did declare the conviction in my ILR application. I put in all details. I presume that because the offence was non recordable it didn't affect my ILR application. Before making the ILR application last year, i came to this forum and the experts on this for...

Re: ILR Eligibility

@Zimba Thanks very much for your response sir. Sorry I couldn't get if you answered the first part or second part of question. 1) So should I declare it in criminal convictions in the visa application form? Bcz I'm worried that if I don't, the homeoffice might think that I hid it from them? 2)Second...

Re: Child under 18 Registration as a British citizen

@alterhase58 Thanks very much for your response. So with my child having no passport or ID at the moment, what should I mention in current nationality of the MN1 form? My child only has birth certificate issued by the local council.

Thanks
Best regards

Re: ILR Eligibility

@Zimba Thanks very much for your response. I wanted to ask just for my clarification the following; (I)do you think that I should get a police report to find out if its recordable or not? @CR001 I'm initially going to apply for my cousin and then apply for her mother and sister afterwards. Do I need to apply collectively for all of them? Bcz they r all eligible.

Dear Seagul, Thanks very much for your response. I did apply for my extension before my leave expired in 2013. Secondly I left uk within the curtailment period.
