I believe it's a team within the citizenship unit assigned to deal with your case. People have different numbers. For example I had CMU1 and others may have CMU2 ect....

500 for all the letters needed until I got the citizenship and 500 after I got it.

I can only say is so much worth it, he did something for me no one else did, listen and acted with urgency.
I genuinely think INIS doesn't care and leaves files waiting until someone pesters them

I dont know if this is helpful. Applied citizenship in July 2020. Acknowledgement letter a month later with passport as well as reciept. Silence till now. Applied for FOI, November, was told id get it in December. I didnt. They give me a new deadline and on that exact day, I recieved the documents....

I applied in 08/2020,and never got anything yet,i applied for foi and it was really useless because they never disclosed anything related to their processing.i asked the TD to follow up and he got same response application is being processed,i believe they have the oldest system yo process and staff...
