You can upload 1-2 days before EXTENSION biometrics appointment and submit at appointment itself. how to submit at appointment itself for Tier 2 extension ? should I go for enhanced srevice in ukvacs for Tier 2 extension? where documents are checked and uploaded by them ? IHS Refund for less granted leave

Hi, I have made Tier 2 general partner visa upto 3 years in MAR 2016 in India. I paid IHS fee for 3 years (Rs 14000 * 3 = RS 42,000) and I was given the visa for less than 2 years (March 2016 - DEC 2017) Agian I went to extension in 2017 but I didnt get the refund. My initial visa issue date on my passport is valid from 28 MAR 2016 but in my first BRP it is mentioned as 14th Mar 2016. I came to UK for the first time on 28th Mar 2016.

My spouse got ILR via Tier 2 general 5 years route
