yeah i expected for this amount of money to have better service...she put me down..she even called to check and her colleague solicitor said the same its 90 days...and i paid 120 pounds just to interview me..i feel im rubbed off..i think im stressing my self maybe im better doing it alone with the h...

thanks for ur reply actually im applying using the forum eea4 and i have been outside the uk last year once 3 months and once 2 months and my solicitor saying that by that i broke my residency..im so scared that its true what do u think of it..i was on holiday while my eea member was here in the uk ...

clarifying about absence from uk

hello im a non eu national dependant on eea national..pls i want to know how long im allowed to be out of the country..as my solicitor is saying only 90 days but i read on the website lesser then 6 months..but the lawyer says no u cant...any info is appreciated

thats what i was thinking but now as u tell me that it should count i feel happy...as i find my case very rare...u know i gave the eu enquiries line a call and i asked the home office and they had to let me wait like 10 minutes to double check and she said that she think yes my years with my ex hubb...

i asked many solicitors they r all not sure but they think that i have a very big chance... What exactly did the different solicitors say? they said that since i wasnt married for 3 years it might be that these 2 years doesnt count in the clock of my staying here in the uk...but i always asked back...

You have not provided a lot of detail. Although it generally sounds like you might already have PR. When were you married? When did you come to the UK? When was the divorce initiated? When was the divorce final? When did you apply as a child? Was your dad working from when you arrived in the UK unt...

Thanx god,i got my eea2 residence card today,after waiting for 5 months and 28 days so almost 6 months.May god be with u all

well im as well lebanses non eea national,and i know some other lebanese who is married to eu nationals and they were in the same situation like u,the eu national was working part time and taking top-up benefits ,and was issued with residence! because the law says as long as the eu national is worki...

well usually they endorse the residence like the visa in the passport and they as well send u a letter which confirs that u got ur residence,so u should be having both! but its so obvious that they are mistaken,i dont know from which city u r but as i told u the best is to pass by any law centre or ...

The best thing i advice u to do is either u call them and give ur reference at the home office incase they can give u some explanation,otherwise go to the law center in ur area and take with u everything they sent u,and they will advise u what to do!and sometimes they can represent u instead.
