Mr Rusty, dnicky,

Thanks for your reply and clarification.

Mr Rusty, As you mentioned, the 'Public Funds Prohibited' stamp appears slightly above of the date stamp. And it is slightly blurred too. As advised, I would ignore it.

Apologies for raising the query again.

My wife's FLR(M) application was submitted almost 7 weeks ago, we are still awaiting the outcome. Please could someone advise from their recent experience that how much long we would have to wait?

Thanks.

Biggie

Thanks to you and all. I got my ILR stamped on 9th Sept, and as have documents ready for wife's FLR(M), we will definitely apply by mid next week.

But do you think this will have any serious impact on success of her FLR(M) application?

Thanks.

jazbaati99, Thanks. It was just that were not confident enough on my ILR application, secondly we didn't wanted both of our passports stuck for a long at home office - at least one of us could still travel if required. But you rightly mentioned that it would have saved hassle. I hope as you say that...

Successful ILR but what impact on dependent?

Hello, This got me worrying, please advise. I got ILR but couldn't include my wife (who is currently on dependent visa) on same application at that time. Now that my application is successful, we are going to apply FLR(M) for her. But someone mentioned this evening that as now my ILR has superseded ...

dnicky, I had a similar situation as below. If you could comment please. I have been in UK for almost 7 years now. On two occassions, while I was on holiday in India with few days left on my visa, I re-applied for entry clearance (out of country) rather returning to UK and going for FLR. But I never...

ILR Application - Assistance?

Hello, I have completed more than 6 years in UK on WP, and wish to apply for ILR but have a doubt on following - please if anyone could advise as appropriate. 1) I had three WPs in last six years - will this be an issue? I went back by the same employer and was paid only in India but not in UK. And my employer won't give any letter to substantiate but I do have pay slips from Indian payroll to prove that there was no break in employment. Will this suffice? or I have this against my application?

Do I still have a chance for ILR?

Hello, Please if someone could advise. I have been here in UK on continuous WPs for more than 6 years with no break in WP or Visa. But I do have few absences, and one significant lasting around 4.5 months that was in 2006. Basically in 2006, I had to travel back on few occassions to my native countr...

Does Multiple Entry WP Visa not count toward ILR?

Hello,

Please could you advise how is Multiple Entry WP Visa different from a normal WP? and is it that it won't count towards ILR?

My WP does not says anything about Multiple Entry but visa endorsement says its multiple entry.

Thanks.

Am I eligible for ILR?

Hello,

I am here in UK on continuous WP visa for just above 6 years, but I do have one long absence mounting to more than 4 months. This absence was more than a year ago. Apart from this, other absences were annual 4 wks vacation. Will this absence disqualify me?

Thanks.
