Hello I filled the brp not arrived link on Nov 11th. I got a reply saying that I need to wait 20 working days to receive a reply instead of 5 working days. Am I the only one who go 20 days instead of 5 days. I wrote an email to complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk. however there is no response from them yet...
