It is SET(O) then not SET(M). When was her last leave granted? Date? She only has to list absences IF ANY on leave that was granted after 11th Jan 2018. How did you get your ILR? What is your wife’s current visa? Looks like she is a PBS dependent? If she is a PBS dependent and you got your ILR via the PBS route, she will apply ILR on SET(O). Also, she only has absence limits for any leave that was granted after 11th Jan 2018. She does not have any ...
