Thank you for your reply...but this mean that she can apply for his dependant but has to go back home to get entry clearance.what are the other resons that she can be refused her entry clearance from back home.

It for my friend who is on work permit he is living with his girlfriend in uk for last two years .His girlfriend is on student visa can she apply for his dependent as unmarried partner.They also have all the proof of living together can someone please please help??????

Is 1st year on sector base visa counted if i have left the contry and then come back on 5 yrs work permit
or will i have to wait for 6 years before applying for ILR
