Azim, your immigration status is still valid when the home office is deciding your case,so you don't need to worry about that.

Magichoneybird,it doesn't matter if you moved as long as you can provide documents that both you and your partner lived at all addresses that you stated in the application.

Not all companies in the uk provide health insurance. Im not familar with the surinda singh rules does it say you need health insurance? Dont most people just use the NHS regardless of who they are and where they came from? But is your husband joining you in the UK for you to come through the EEA ro...

what category are you appying for ILR?
They will probably make another attempt to take the money at a later date, so just make sure you have the funds in there from now on.

My experience of tirana is the appointment they give you via email is to drop off the documents and pay the fee, then on that day they will give you another appointment for the interview.

If i need to appeal after a refusal of a spouse visa,do i need to high a solicitor before i submit the appeals form to the AIT or can i submit the form myself and include the necessary documents and then wait to see the outcome and then high a solicitor
