The same as a British passport it will be issued in the name you use if you provide proof of usage & deed poll etc.

I have seen here multiple times that for people from the UK a certified copy of Passport is sufficient.

Going to apply now for passport and wondering if anyone knows how long this will take? Also, I have moved since registered on FBR, do I need to update my address with them? Luckily once you are on the FBR you don't need to have any further contact with them so no need to update address or anything....
