Yes, you should contact them by phone or email and ask them if there is a mistake on their part. They will advise you the next steps.

The first job i do, since i go though a umbrella company, my payslips contains 3 pages. Only the first page is signed and sealed (where my gross pay is mentioned). The consultants are taking you for a ride. There is no concept of pro-rata for Tier 1 applications.
