I received my BRP card today with ILR status. I used the BRP number to check the right to work online. Even my new BRP number shows the same OLD working rights. Does the home office take some time to update this in the system?

I was granted Tier 2 Visa on 10/01/2018 and my qualifying period is ending on 12/12/2022. Means, I can apply for ILR after 12/12/2022. I am counting the 4 years, 11 months, and 2 days from the date of the first visa grant.
