Re: Wait hard

Thank you very much for alterhase58's reply. Can I contact UKVI in person by email to ask about my naturalization progress, instead of sending the email through my lawyer?

Wait hard

I have a question that I want to get a response from the seniors on the road to naturalization. Is there a difference in the approval time required for applying for naturalization for myself when applying for naturalization and using Immigration lawyer to apply for naturalization for myself? Because...

Re: Questions about waiting time

Thank you for your reply. The 6-month end date mentioned by HO is the deadline for receiving the Approval letter? :D

Questions about waiting time

I have a question. Does the 6-month waiting time mentioned by HOME start from the date of application for Date of debit of fees or the date of biometric registration? And when will it end? :?: :?: :?:

I have a question, can UKVCAS affect the speed of your post-biometric approval process? :?: :?:

Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

I applied and biometric on 7/02/ 2021 and 04/03/ 2021 , I am still waiting. I think it will take a while, because I haven’t seen any approval for the February 2021 application.

Re: Requesting British passport for American daughter. Why are birth certificates needed?

My situation is basically the same as that of yours. My daughter is 10 years old and has American citizenship. Yesterday, she carried out biometric registration. At the same time, in addition to my daughter’s passport, she also scanned the birth certificate. Remember to bring the original. good luck

Questions about participating in Biometrics

I have applied for naturalization online on February 7th and scanned and uploaded all relevant naturalization materials. An appointment was made to enter Biometrics at The Lansdowne Building in Croydon on March 4 and paid £135 Biometrics per person. Now I have two questions. Do I need to bring all t...

Re: The impact of speeding tickets and time on naturalization applications

I have submitted my naturalization application online two hours ago, and now I am just worried that I will receive this speeding ticket in the next few days because I drove 25 on the speed limit of 20. Of course, if I receive The fine will be paid as soon as possible and will not be allowed to progr...

Re: The impact of speeding tickets and time on naturalization applications

I got the ILR in November 2018, and my lawyer told the safest method (because I have a speeding ticket that expires for three years ago February 6, 2021) so I applied for naturalization on February 8, 2021. My 2018 speeding FPN ticket has never been to the court. I paid 100 pounds in fine and deduct...

Re: The impact of speeding tickets and time on naturalization applications

First of all, I would like to thank CULLINAN. I have read many of your replies and comments carefully and provided us with timely and effective directions. Thank you again. I got FPB and speeding points and fine and did not go to court in 2018. I have no more penalty points at this time. I just want...

The impact of speeding tickets and time on naturalization applications

I am very distressed now, I can apply for naturalization on Monday, February 8th, all the conditions are met and I am ready. The only one is that there was a speeding violation FPN three years ago on February 6, 2018. I paid a 100-pound fine and deducted 3 points. As of today, my driver’s license ha...
