There is a lot to the COA, some have applied where a process which should take 1 month is taking more than 3 ! What i can say is you can apply for the coa even before you visa is expired, but, i with the way things are going with the slow process at the home office, i don't think you would get the r...

it never helps calling the home office, each time it is either the system is down or you application is under consideration, they are useless ! What you can do to keep track is each time you call, note down the name of the person and time, and every 2 week send a recorded letter asking about the pro...

I would agree with freon, just contact the home office as you should have a reference for that, it they say it is still under consideration, then there is a chance it is still there ! sometimes even when they say it is still underconsideration, it can be already refused or sent to you, they just don...

i think of course a student can get married in the uk, as asked, you have to have a visa valid longer than 6 month and have 3 month left on the visa. then you can apply for the certificate or approval and get married !!! don't know what you are talking about
