Did you get any reply from the home office? I emailed them at ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gov.uk on Wednesday but no reply.

I reported on Monday the 23rd January. I need to send a share code for my new job. The HR isn't familiar with a manual check. looks like, it might take a long time to get it fixed.

I'm in the same situation as you. I have an A-rated sponsor and my sponsor also ticked my maintenance for me during my application last year. Now I want to apply for my wife entry clearance VISA from the outside UK. Do I need to prepare any bank statement or my CoS would be fine?
